How does the 30-day free trial work?
You enter card details to start, get full access to all 115 recipes for 30 days, and we email you 3 days before the first bill. Cancel any time during the trial from your account page and you will not be charged.
What is the difference between free and member recipes?
About 47 recipes are open to everyone, with full ingredients and method. The remaining 68 are member-only and include all our live-culture ferments, brines, and most multi-step techniques. Members get the full library.
How much does membership cost?
$6.99 per month or $79.99 per year. The annual plan works out to about $6.67 per month, roughly two months free.
How do I cancel my membership?
Sign in, open your account page, and click the cancel button on the Subscription tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No phone call required.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge for membership and on every order from the kitchen store. See our refund policy for details.
Where do you ship store orders?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 and a flat $6.99 below that. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
Can I print the recipes?
Yes. Every recipe page is print-friendly. Use your browser's print function and the photo grid, hero, and navigation will be hidden automatically.
Are the recipes tested?
Every recipe is cooked at least three times in a home kitchen before it goes live, by a member of our team. We list common substitutions and call out anything that needs special equipment.
Do you have nutrition information?
We include approximate calories, protein, and carbohydrate counts per serving on most recipes. These are estimates and should not be used as medical guidance. See our disclaimer.
How often do you add new recipes?
We add 4 to 6 new recipes per month, on average. Members get access on day one. New free recipes go live for everyone on the same day.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the password reset page and we will email you a reset link. If it does not arrive within ten minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I share my membership with family?
Membership is for one household. The same login can be used on as many devices as you live with. We do not enforce a device limit.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We process payments securely and do not store your full card number on our servers.
Is there a gift option?
Not yet, but it is on the way. If you want to give a membership today, email info@fermentationfestival.com and we will set it up manually.
