Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Cubed pork belly smoked, sauced, and braised into bite-size candy.

Method

Toss belly cubes in rub and smoke at 250F for 2 hours.

Transfer to a foil pan with brown sugar, butter, and honey.

Cover and braise for 90 minutes until tender.

Toss with BBQ sauce and return for 15 minutes to set the glaze.
