Classic Meatloaf
A diner-style meatloaf with a sweet-tangy ketchup glaze.

Method

Mix meat, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, milk, Worcestershire, and half the ketchup.

Pack into a loaf pan and shape a flat top.

Brush with the remaining ketchup and bake at 375F for 60 minutes.

Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
