Kimchi Fried Rice
Day-old rice fried hard with aged kimchi, gochujang, and a runny egg on top.

Fry the kimchi in a hot pan until the edges crisp.

Stir in gochujang, then add the rice and break it up.

Fry hard until the rice gets crusty edges.

Top with a fried egg, scallions, sesame, and shredded gim.
