Chinese Five-Spice Roast Pork
Char-siu-style pork with five-spice, hoisin, and a sticky lacquered glaze.

Whisk hoisin, soy, honey, five-spice, wine, and garlic.

Marinate the pork for at least 1 hour.

Roast at 425F for 25 to 30 minutes, basting twice.

Brush with extra honey-glaze and broil 2 minutes to lacquer.
